What time is reception open?
There is no reception at Haymarket Apartments with entry to the building and your apartment by a secure door entry system.
What time can I check in and out?
Check in time is from 2pm onwards. Check out time is 11.00am on the day of departure, Late check outs may be arranged for an additional charge.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Is parking available?
There is street side parking located close by with where normal car-parking charges apply.
Do you have Wi-Fi internet access and how much does it cost?
There is complimentary state of the art Wi-Fi throughout the property and in all apartments. We have a 160 Megabit fibre optic connection with dedicated Wireless-N access points in each room.
Do the apartments have a lift?
There is no lift with all floors accessible by stairs.
Are towels and linen provided?
Yes, both are provided free of charge and changed every 4th night.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
All apartments are non-smoking. Your credit card shall be charged should you smoke in the apartment.
How do I get to the apartments from the airport?
Travel from the airport:- you can take a taxi which will cost approximately £15 one way, or get the Airlink bus to Haymarket http://www.flybybus.com and then it is just a 5-10 minute walk. Trams run every fifteen minutes with the stops at both Shandwick Place and Haymarket Station both very close. More information about transport links with Edinburgh Airport.
How far are the apartments from the City Centre?
It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk to Princes Street and 15–20 minutes to Edinburgh Castle.
